Have a robotic pool cleaner or pool and spa product you’d like our team to evaluate? Manufacturers and authorized manufacturer representatives may submit residential or commercial products for consideration.
Ship product samples to our testing team.
Samples must be shipped prepaid and clearly associated with the manufacturer or authorized manufacturer’s representative making the submission.

Know what happens before you send it.
Sending a sample gives our team an opportunity to consider and evaluate your product. It does not guarantee publication, a positive review, or priority placement in our testing queue.
Residential Products
Most of our testing focuses on residential robotic cleaners and pool and spa products used in real backyard environments.
Commercial Equipment
We can also consider commercial pool equipment and products when the equipment and testing requirements are appropriate for our evaluation process.
Real-World Staging
Products selected for evaluation are used in real-world pool environments so our team can observe how they perform outside of a showroom or spec sheet.
Samples should not be expected to be returned.
Demo units used for testing are donated to the pool owners who provide the staging areas where our real-world evaluations take place. Do not submit equipment that must be returned after testing.
Submitting a product sample does not create a purchase, loan, rental, bailment, paid advertising relationship, or obligation for PoolMarketing.com or our publishing properties to return, replace, reimburse, insure, or compensate the sender for the sample.
Don’t just put a box in the mail.
Every sample should be accompanied by a product submission so we know what we’re receiving, who sent it, and how to contact the manufacturer or representative.
If a sample arrives without a submission, we will attempt to have the sender complete one. The sample will not be returned if the required product information is never submitted.
A few important requirements.
Sending a sample is not an advertising campaign.
Product samples and paid advertising are separate. Sending equipment does not purchase coverage or move a product ahead of other products waiting for evaluation.
Sample Submission
Your product enters our normal evaluation process. There is no guarantee of timing, publication, review outcome, placement, or priority in the queue.
Paid Advertising Campaign
A paid campaign can include scheduled promotional placements and can elevate your product’s position in our evaluation queue. Advertising still does not guarantee a favorable editorial review.
